This organization shall be known as the Arkansas Kappa Caucus (AKC). Its jurisdiction shall be the State of Arkansas and shall not be contradictory to the Constitution and Statues of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

The purpose of the AKC is:

To promote positive Communicating among Undergraduate and Alumni Brothers;

To provide an arena for Undergraduate and Alumni chapters to plan and implement a joint civic and/or guide right activity on campus and/or in the community;

To provide a forum whereby the AKC Chairman, SWP State Representatives, and State Administrative Assistant can have a follow-up meeting to extend upon and clarify topics introduced at the C. Roger Wilson Leadership Conference and Cluster Meetings;

To endorse through the AKC candidates for the Southwestern Province Offices; and

To enhance the image of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
